Each season, we source the best textiles and fabrications from across the globe, partnering with premium mills and manufacturers whose values align with our own. Each fabric is selected for the best hand-feel and ease of wear, providing the basis for our range of contemporary investment pieces and core-essentials.
Responsible for specialising in our high-end silk garments in each collection, we know we'll always get the perfect fit and fabrication from our silk factory. How? The owner himself still sets the standard for highly skilled silk technicians.
For over 11 years our silk factory has been getting right for APG&Co. With no other more passionate about spinning, dying and needling silk, we whole heartedly entrust this leading manufacturer to supply us with the highest quality. Boasting over 30 years’ experience, the factory’s knowledge about this beautiful fabric is second to none.
Who knew there was so much to silk? Our silk factory, of course. Just like we believe in building relationships, our silk factory has been sourcing their silk fabric for 20 years from the same supplier, allowing them to control its quality from the very beginning – that’s how we know we’re getting the very best.
With acute attention to everything silk and pattern making, the factory employees receive great support from the owners right from the get-go, enabling them to gain extensive training and career development.
Ensuring your tailoring is sharp and your winters are warm, our wool and suit factory remains the number one suiting manufacturer in China and are celebrating their 30th anniversary this year.
Their passion for men and women’s suiting is unparalleled. Supplying to APG&Co for over 10 years, they look after every stage of the garment making process, from the fabric right through to the finished product. From coats and outerwear to full suits and tailoring, our suit factory produces wool fabrics sourced from the very best Australian Merino wool.
Ever wondered how you can rely on a garment to have your preferred fit? Here’s your answer. Having worked with SABA for over a decade, they understand our fits, our customer and the innovation and attention required to execute the perfect suit. With each part of the process subject to random testing, the factories are equipped with full sets of computer designing systems, digital colour measurement, dosing systems and testing machines specially made for wool textiles.
With a large portion of employees having worked at the factory for over 10 years, the stable work environment allows for career progression, and ultimately results in the best product. Just ask the owner Madam Chen, who has worked her way to the top, from starting in the workshop. With that kind of inspiration, why wouldn’t you stay?
You could call it tight-knit. Family owned and operated, our knitwear factory has been in production for over 25 years, with the business being handed down from mother to daughters.
With the ability to bring any garment sketch (no matter how complex) to life, the factory has been working with APG&Co for 7 years. We like to keep it in the “family” - the relationship with our knitwear factory was built through APG&Co’s Anna Ming who was the former General Manager in the Hong Kong region
It’s little wonder they boast clients from the high fashion industry across the globe. From drawing to garment, the factory’s strong technical focus develops speciality and fashion items including the beautiful knits you’ve come to know, crafted from the luxurious Italian yarns you (and we) love.
As a sign of their dedication and passion, the family-owned factory’s founders still work in the production plant. In the people-first company, 5 per cent of the employees have been working there since the factory was established, with 10 per cent having worked there for over 25 years.
Ensuring the quality fits you’ll wear for years to come, our denim factory has been at the helm of making your legs look and feel their best since 2008.
Never shy to try anything new and exciting, they know exactly what we’re after when it comes to our garments. Founder and visionary, Tseng Li discovered that the Tencel yarn could become the “21st century fabric” – and its eco-friendly. Established in 1999, the factorywas the first Taiwanese to conduct production in the tencel yarn.
We love a hybrid, and we call this our Italian Chinese mill. They produce fashion high quality fabrics as the Italian mills do, but made in China. It’s the only mill designed for producing Tencel in China, of which 80% of products are Tencel, and the rest being compact cotton.
We met our denim factory through an introduction of another vendor, who recommended they’d be the perfect fit for us. They were right; the factory presenting us with an amazing collection of fabrics we have never seen before, the rest is history.
